Food security systems
A functional food security system offers farmers a friendly environment to operate in. Seed companies, animal feeds and services companies, policy makers, research institutions and financial institutions have a role to play. Unfortunately, there is a disconnection in the above players. This leads to high cost of production, post harvest losses and volatile markets.
